As we know, Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. It is threatening if not treated properly and if not stopped from spreading around.

Till the date June 15, there are 7,996,859 cases of coronavirus in the world. Where there are 5335 cases in Nepal only. Nepal's COVID-19 cases are increasing day by day and we can see the lockdown and the cases lengthening up for some more time now. Amongst all these chaos going on, Mokshada School has been trying its best to help children recover from this sudden trauma of COVID-19 and also is focused on helping student utilize their free time in lockdown.

Mokshada School has been organizing several online classes for all the students and also is conducting motivating classes for students to help them utilize their time effectively during this COVID-19. We all really want this critical situation to end soon and to live our life as normal as before. For this we all must be aware and must follow the guidelines provided by WHO and the government of our country.

To eliminate the chance of the COVID-19 to spread more, here are certain precautions that you can follow to avoid spreading Corona Virus more, according to WHO:

1. Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.

2. Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and others.

 3.Avoid going to crowded places.

4.Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.

5.Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. Cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately and wash your hands.

6. Stay home and self-isolate even with minor symptoms such as cough, headache, mild fever, until you recover. Have someone bring you supplies. If you need to leave your house, wear a mask to avoid infecting others.

 7. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention, but call by telephone in advance if possible and follow the directions of your local health authority.

We hope to see the COVID-19 cases going down soon. And also to see the world, economy and the society recover from this situation as soon as possible.
